Whey protein concentrate 35% is a loose powder with a color from cream to yellow, tasteless and odorless. It is obtained during the production of sweet whey in an advanced ultrafiltration process at very low temperatures. Such processing allows for no less than 35% protein content in dry matter.
Whey protein concentrate 35% is an inexpensive source of dairy and protein, as well as vitamins, calcium, riboflavin and niacin. It perfectly imitates and stabilizes fat. WPC 35% also has gelling and hydrophilic properties, thanks to which it can be very useful in the production of processed products and can replace egg whites. An important feature of the product is also the ability to whip and froth, which is beneficial in the production of desserts (whipped cream) and dietary products.
