Chia seeds have a long shelf life – they are best within two years of production. To maintain their freshness and high quality, we recommend storing the product in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. The optimal storage conditions are below 15°C and relative humidity not exceeding 50%.
Chia seeds are packed in strong, safe packaging made mainly of polypropylene, kraft paper or polyethylene, which meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) 10/2011 on materials in contact with food. This ensures that the product remains free from contamination and completely safe for the consumer. We offer various packaging options: from small 20 kg packages to large capacities such as 1250 kg, as well as the possibility of adapting the size of the package according to the agreement.
The offered product is widely used in the food industry and healthy diet. They enrich bread, bars, desserts and drinks, providing fiber, protein and omega-3. They are often used in cocktails, salads, yogurts and puddings, as well as in vegan and gluten-free food as an egg substitute or natural thickener. Neutral taste and nutritional values make them an ideal ingredient in modern cuisine, responding to the needs of modern consumers and producers.
