Description
Acerola extract appears as a fine powder with a characteristic taste and smell and a light pink color. It passes 100% through 80 mesh, with a bulk density of 0.5–0.6 g/ml. The extract contains a minimum of 90% saponins (UV assay) and no less than 25% natural vitamin C. The product undergoes controlled drying to maintain quality, with a maximum moisture loss of 5%.
