Cocoa Mass, also known as cocoa mass, is a semi-finished product made from roasted, peeled and ground cocoa beans (Theobroma cacao). It is a key ingredient in chocolate production, giving it a characteristic, intense taste and aroma.

  • Ingredients: 100% pure cocoa beans.
  • Appearance: Thick, dark brown paste.
  • Taste: Intense, characteristic cocoa aroma, bitter, deeply chocolate.
  • Fat Content: Varies depending on specification, typically 50-55%.

Cocoa mass should be stored in a cool place, at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, humidity in the storage place should be low, preferably below 60%

The product is available in various packaging options: from small blocks for home use to large industrial packaging
