Description
Superfoods are whole foods that are considered to be optimum sources of antioxidants, phytochemicals, soluble fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Most superfoods are plant-based, but there are a few proteins and dairy in the group also.
Examples of well-known superfoods are certain nuts, salmon, kale, açaí berries, kefir, spirulina, and avocados, but the list is endless. Superfoods are simply whole foods that are nutrient-dense and are naturally packed with nutritional benefits.
Since the super foods we use for our powders are plant based and kosher-certified, they are easy to incorporate into kosher and vegan foods and supplements.
