Stevia leaf extract is a natural, intensely sweet ingredient obtained from the Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni plant. The product is a white, fine powder with a typical plant taste and smell. It is a rich source of steviol glycosides – mainly stevioside and rebaudioside A – known for their high sweetness intensity and zero calories.
