Description
Instant whey protein concentrate is a loose, homogeneous powder with a color from cream to yellow, without a noticeable smell or taste. Whey protein concentrate (WPC) is obtained during the production of sweet whey in an advanced ultrafiltration process at very low temperatures.
Instant whey protein concentrate contains 80% protein. Compared to WPC 35, the product contains much less lactose and sodium. It is also easily soluble even in cold water and increases protein absorption.

The shelf life of instant whey protein concentrate is approximately 12 months. The product should be stored in a dry, clean warehouse with a maximum temperature of 25°C and relative humidity of 75%.

The product is used as an ingredient in food production, including protein bars, desserts, ice cream, yogurts and other protein-enriched food products.
